Delivering the website
The site is published through OpenAI Sites and delivered on Cloudflare infrastructure. When you access it, technically necessary connection data—such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and response status—may be processed to deliver and secure the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website.

Messages you send us
When you email us, your mail provider and Microsoft Outlook process the address information and message needed to deliver it. We use the message only to answer your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other enquiries. We delete messages when they are no longer required, unless statutory retention duties apply. Merely opening this website does not send us an email or disclose data to Microsoft.

Where processing may take place
OpenAI and Cloudflare process technically necessary website data as service providers. Depending on their infrastructure and sub-processors, personal data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, these transfers rely on an adequacy decision such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards. Basic reach, no marketing tracking
OpenAI Sites automatically records site traffic and provides us with aggregated metrics such as unique visitors, page views and trends over time. We use these platform metrics to understand the site’s basic reach and operate it reliably. We do not add our own analytics software, advertising pixels or newsletter tracking. Some original interactive experiments load clearly identified rendering libraries or fonts from third-party CDNs only when you choose to launch them; their technical comparison identifies these runtime externals. The surrounding Bifteki pages use no remote fonts and set no optional Bifteki cookies. The legal basis for the platform metrics and the user-requested delivery of an experiment is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating the site and presenting the requested work.
